Modular Point Source Line Array
VARIAi’s fully modular design enables
cabinets to be easily configured as flown vertical arrays, powerful
horizontal arrays, or ground stacked systems. With a range of
vertical and horizontal dispersion angles and Renkus-Heinz’s unique
Transitional WaveGuides, VARIAi’s highly configurable enclosures
and ingenious hardware make it easy to custom design an array for
every application.
VARIA101i Array Modules are built
around a high power 10-inch Low Frequency woofer coupled with either
one or two neodymium High Frequency Compression Drivers. These
audiophile quality components coupled with Renkus-Heinz unique Tuned
Conic Diverter waveguide, ensure the optimum sound quality and
arrayability.
7.5º VARIAi cabinets employ
concealed flying hardware to hang and array like traditional line
arrays, 15º and 22.5º cabinets are fixed curvature and must
be tight pack arrayed.
VA101i cabinets are self-powered with
integral PF2-500R DSP and CobraNet enabled amp modules. VAX101i
enclosures require external amplification and DSP processing.
The VA101i-22 is designed using a
single 10-inch Low Frequency Woofer and one 1-inch High Frequency
Compression Drivers. Available in 60º, 90º, and 120º
standard configurations, as well as with 60º/90º and
90/120º Transitional WaveGuide options. The VA101i-22 is
arrayable at 22.5º.
The VAX101i-22 is a passive version of
the same system.
APLICATIONS:
Bay St. Louis, Mississippi | March, 2016 - "VARIAi fit perfectly in the original speaker cluster position. The narrow vertical dispersion prevented splashing on the rest of the platform, and the horizontal dispersion let me use one cabinet where I would otherwise have to use several." - Eric Ross, Engineered Lighting and Sound
Jackson, MS | October, 2014 - "The VARIA system was the best option to achieve the versatility we needed. VARIA's modular design gave us a lot of flexibility in terms of system placement and configuration. And VARIA's range of vertical and horizontal dispersion angles, together with its transitional waveguides, enabled us to custom configure a system that easily addressed the multiple challenges we had to deal with in the hall." - Philip Boyd, Academic Technologies

Cleveland, OH | August, 2013 - Roots run deep at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, a cornerstone of Cleveland community and worship since 1931. Over the years, the church’s pulpit has played host to such luminaries as the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, and TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey.

New Albany, IN | February, 2013 - The Church of the Greater Faith is an active and forward-thinking Pentecostal congregation that has been growing by leaps and bounds, thanks in no small part to their contemporary approach to worship. Indeed, Greater Faith's rapid growth has been a source of both joy and challenges, and as their numbers have swelled, their modest 700-seat sanctuary now hosts two Sunday morning services, with a third service added in the afternoon.
